The problem
In construction, law and other licensed services, quality comes from a few people whose judgment and care clients trust. Firms scale by hiring, which dilutes that judgment, so the best practitioners hit a ceiling of their own hours. Franchising solved this for restaurants and retail by making the system the product, but these trades resist it: every job differs, the value is judgment, and licenses and liability attach to people. The same few people end up absorbing everyone else's problems too: unhappy clients, a sub's bad work, old workers' comp claims.
SkaFld Guild licenses the method. Construction, legal and other licensed work is done by licensed partners and certified operators who hold the license.
